Web Design Process
Step One
Fill out the enquiry form or contact us with information on requirements for your website.
Step Two
We will then work with you to determine the end goals and prepare a quotation for services required.
Step Three
Once you agreed on our quotation, we will prepare an Agreement with a set of specifications for your website with scope of services, a total cost and a time line to complete your project.
Step Four
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due upon signing of the Agreement.
Step Five
You will then need to supply all contents including logos, photos, graphics, product data, text etc. We will assist you during this process, but it’s important to be aware that a web project does require work on your part and we cannot begin the project before all contents are supplied.
Step Six
After communicating with you for all necessary information, we will create initial design layouts, these usually include the home page, and the product or service presentation page. You can then make changes as necessary to meet your exact requirement. This is probably the most crucial part of the process as these layouts will serve as the templates for the remainder of your site and it is important that you are fully satisfied before we can move on.
Step Seven
Once we have your approval for the design layouts, we will create and build your site, using the layouts agreed upon.
Step Eight
When the site is completed and you give us a final approval, the 50% balance of total fee to be paid before the site is uploaded and made "live."
